Thanks to its composition of 100% micropolyester, the chenille yarn Samet Soft is incredibly soft and very pleasant to the touch, so it does not sting at all and is perfectly gentle on the skin. The yarn does not fray during work and holds its shape perfectly, which ensures that the finished products retain their fluffy and luxurious appearance for a long time.
As a standard, we recommend a hook size of 5 mm for this yarn. However, if you are starting to crochet amigurumi, we recommend choosing a slightly smaller hook (ideally 4 to 4.5 mm). This will achieve a strong and tight knit from which the polyester filling will not show through.
